Our Cardiff Aparthotel: Moments from the Stadium, Shopping & Station (Front Lofts)

Good value for money Positive: In the middle of city center Negative: The lift type bed feels so tight and i cannot stand and there is no ventilation. There is no lift and i was carrying 35 klg of luggage and I stayed on the hightest floor so a bit of struggle.

Horrible stay abd service Positive: The location Negative: Seems like a nicw apartment. But first of all please mebtion there is no lift.. as soon as we arrived at 3 we realosed the apartment was not cleaned. Bed visibly not changed, dirty towels, dirty floor, dirty plates,.. tried to contact someone. Nothing.. after 2 hours soneone texted that they had some issues and we needed to move one more floor upstairs for an upgrade. We had already bought cleaning materials, bedsheet and towels and cleaned almost the entire apartnent. Anyway we still were asked to move . Went upstairs and was not an upgrade. But is smaller. Still the apartment was not clean as ot should be. Ok new bedsheet and towel, but crumbs everywhere. Sofa full of residues.. dishwasher pods snashed and leaking on the sink. I got a pin in my neck ( which was in the sofa) and a staple in my foot. What is that???? They told me they were gonna sent 25% refund. Nothing . The bed is enclosed and claustrophobic. Really hated sleeping in there Moreover tried contacting booking.com but is literally impossible and the AI does not let me talk to anyone even if i am giving the correct details. Was horrible from the beginning to the end.

Excellent value in central location. Space well used, airport hotel style, ideal for a night or two. Positive: Compact, budget accommodation in a very central location. Negative: Bedroom cramped with bed up against the wall on one side. Would suit a single person better.

Positive: Excellent location in central Cardiff only a five minute walk from the train station. The apartment was well maintained and had everything I required for a week long stay. Good communication with arrival instructions prior to my arrival. I would definitely like to stay again if I ever return to Cardiff. Negative: The apartment had not been serviced after the last occupants departure prior to my arrival due to unknown circumstances, but was sorted out very quickly once the Higgihaus team were made aware of the situation, a special shout out to Queeny for the good communication in sorting out the problem, and to the lovely woman who came in on her day off to rectify the situation and to the young lady that was with her whom I can only assume was her daughter it was a failure on my part not to ask their names but I do thank you both for your assistance it was much appreciated. Kind regards.
